The company returns and exchanges goods of proper and improper quality in accordance with the Law "On the Protection of Consumer Rights".

Within 14 days from the moment of purchase, you have the right to return or exchange the product.

Return delivery of goods is carried out at the expense of the buyer.

The procedure for returning goods of proper quality*:

- call the number +380982531432 and inform about the intention to return the paid product;

- send us the goods by carrier;

- inform the declaration number of the sent parcel and the bank card number for the refund of the value of the goods;

- after receiving, checking the contents of the package for compliance with the terms of return of the product, we will return the money to your bank card or send another product within 3 working days.


Procedure for returning goods of inappropriate quality**:

- report the declaration number of the sent parcel and the bank card number for the refund;

- after receiving the product within 3 working days, we return the money to your bank card or send another product.

All carrier services or money transfer fees are paid by the seller.

*A good quality product is:

- the product has not been used and has no traces of use by the consumer: scratches, chips, scuffs, stains, etc.;

- the product is fully assembled and the factory packaging has been preserved;

- all labels and factory markings are preserved;

- the product retains its marketable appearance and consumer properties.


**Goods of inadequate quality should be considered to be those that do not meet the requirements of regulatory documents or the requirements for it, the information provided by the manufacturer or seller.


The exchange and return of goods is carried out through Nova Poshta or at the address: Khmelnytskyi str. Panas Myrny 31/3.


We cover shipping costs only if the product was of poor quality. If the product is of proper quality, all costs are borne by the buyer.


According to the Law "On the Protection of Consumer Rights", the company can refuse the consumer to exchange and return goods of proper quality, if they belong to the categories specified in the current List of non-food goods of proper quality, not subject to return and exchange.
