When the elements show their harsher side in winter, the time has come for the LOWA R-8 GTX THERMO. The warm winter model is designed for use in wintry and impassable terrain and only feels really comfortable on cool winter days. The lining with Primaloft® 400 material keeps your feet warm, while the outsole with Vibram Arctic Grip technology and a rubber mixture specially tailored to low temperatures provides the necessary support. The lining with GORE-TEX membrane guarantees an optimal foot climate even during increased activity. Despite all its functionality, the R-8 GTX THERMO remains light in weight and impresses with its outstanding comfort.

Lowa TF: The abbreviation TF stands for “Task Force”. Shoes from the Lowa Task Force collection were developed for the toughest conditions and are generally more durable and stable than the shoes of the same name from the normal outdoor collection. The wearing comfort and workmanship meet the highest standards.
